About the Journal

LUMINA

‘Lumina’ is an open-access, peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary, trilingual research journal published annually by Daudnagar College, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, Bihar; a constituent unit of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Bihar.

With the aim of promoting inclusive, accessible, and meaningful scholarship, the journal is published in Hindi, English, and Urdu, the journal reflects linguistic diversity and provides a broad platform for scholars from different academic and cultural backgrounds. Lumina encourages dialogue across disciplines, including the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and allied fields, fostering an integrated approach to knowledge creation.

To maintain high academic standards, all submitted manuscripts undergo a plagiarism check as per UGC guidelines to ensure originality and adherence to ethical research practices. Papers that meet the initial criteria are then evaluated through a double-blind peer review process.

Rooted in a rural academic environment, Lumina follows the vision of local to universal, connecting local research concerns with broader national and global academic conversations.
